Thanks, will try this but I just got off the phone with LG and apparently HBO Max is only supported on web os 4 and up. My model is stuck on 3.9. Edit: Despite what LG support told me, the trick with swapping location to Mexico worked to get the app to show up in the store, even with web os 3.9.
