Yesterday I installed Warzone 2, today I bought a physical copy of Modern Warfare 2 and installed it. Went to load up the game and it just took me to W2. Tried to find a way to get to the campaign or MW2 multiplayer but can't find anything. Everything's installed on my Xbox but it won't recognise that I own MW2. My internet is total trash and 30gb (campaign pack and multiplayer pack 1-3) is 15+ hours and I just want to play on my last day off. Since the launch of mw2 I can’t save the settings that i have changed, (color customization, aim response curve, auto mantle….etc) all the settings that got saved were settings I changed when it was campaign early access. August 27 2023 -. I managed to successfully play Modern Warfare 2019 campaign (digital download) Delete game & Keep PS5 on. Sign into playstation app on a mobile device linked to ps5. Select Game Library. Download game (make sure its under “my library” And NOT “in store” ) The download should have the base game with some packs in the queue.
Based on my case above: Go to the PS5 Video Output Settings and set the resolution from AUTO to 2160p Then go to „Enable 120Hz output“ and turn this from Auto to OFF. Now COD MW2/3 will start normally in 4k HDR 60Hz. of course, as usual this is a problem Activision caused. Not a single other game has this problem.
